Ken, I caught this photo of Mike's mishap just after 330' mark and he was traveling over 100+ mph. He did not snap an axle; he tore the 4-link off the top of the housing. There was only 1/4 inch of material on the housing left holding the 4-link on. The wheelie bars, anti roll bar and shocks is the only thing that kept the rear end from coming off. Luckily, Mike narrowly escaped disaster. He wrecked this car a few years back and only had a couple hand full’s of runs on it prior to this photo. If you look at the photo closely, the driver’s side wheelie bar just touches the ground leaving a little chalk mark. I stated in the videos description that he still did a 9-second pass. I was wrong it was actually 8-seconds.

i know how he feels i snapped a axle at the 1/8th mile it was not fun
