Well its been a long time since i posted here. I have got a few freinds here and its time for me to get back into DRAGNUTS. Its a new drag racing season, and we have already been to the NHRA PRO TEST n TUNE in PHOENIX with our concession trailer. Next we will be back at FIREBIRD for the DIVISION 7 race then the MARCH MEET. If you at these races stop by "THE NITRO GARAGE" trailer and say "HI". Here at home i sold my FED the "NITRO CHASER" to a guy in CANADA. So i needed a new race car. First off, i just freshened up the motor in out `67 NOVA and will be out running it until i get my new car built. I finally diug out my `56 CHEVY that i`ve had since 1983. I t has been sitting in one of my containers for the last 14 years!!! I`m putting the injected 498 BB out of my dragster in it. Bought a CURRIES 9" with 40 spline axles and spool,Willwood disc', and an ALSTON ELIMINATOR II 4link back half. Now i just need the time to work on it. Will kleep you posted on the car build and where we will be at with 'THE NITRO GARAGE" trailer.So until next time, race safe, and we`ll se ya at the track, NEWT
