DragNuts.com Spot Light

Craig Michael has been an active DragNuts.com Member since September of 2007. Craig, his family and crew took his AA Fuel Altered car “Vegas Heat” to Southwestern International Raceway in Tucson, AZ, who hosted its annual Fuel Altered, meet June 28-29. Check out Drag Racing Online’s article of the event. The Michael family gave Drag Racing Online’s Tim Marshall a ride with them from Las Vegas to Tucson and had a very long trip. Check out Tim Marshall’s article/sidebar called Tim and Craig’s Most Excellent Adventure. Congratulations to the top 4 racers. Vince Generalao driving Nanook took 1st, Mike Hilsabeck took 2nd, Vegas Heat took 3rd and Ron Hope in the legendary Rat Trap took 4th place. I was hoping that Craig could have pulled off a 1st place win like the one he did in Bakersfield. By looking at the competition, Vegas Heat did just fine. In addition, racers Mack McCord, Mike Boyd, Ron Maroney on others blasted the 1320. Below is Brad King of Gotta Getit Designs Screen printing and Awards artwork for Vegas Heat’s T-shirts.

Heads up racing in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia!!

Hey everyone, check out this link! king-of-the-streets.org Awesome street cars really getting down the 1/8th mile! Check out the rules on the site. It's cool how they get some of these cars to hook up. I've seen them run several times and they really put on a show. Check out the videos!! I'd like to try the True Street class myself, but I'm gonna have to build alot more motor to push the Z-28 to a 6 flat!!!

Gary's Copper 240-Z gets Car jacked

Hi desert Copper 240-Z Car jacked On 06-21-08 at approximately 0005 hours Gary and a friend was car jacked at gunpoint in the parking lot of Wienerschnitzel located at 15014 Bear Valley Rd, Victorville, CA. Suspect #1 pointed a silver medal 357 magnum at the head of Gary and forced out of his vehicle. Suspect #2 then jumped into Gary’s 240-Z and drove off eastbound on bear valley road.
